The lectures “International Civil Procedure Law” (AS) and “International Private Law” (SS) can be attended separately or together in any order. They have different focuses and therefore complement each other thematically. Their combination provides the opportunity to acquire more profound knowledge in order to deal competently with private law cases with an international dimension (e.g. cross-border contracts, traffic accidents abroad, inheritance cases or families with an international connection).
In addition, the Institute offers various other lectures in order to deepen the interest in private law with international aspects.
